I recall one time when Javier delivered a beautiful life-size replica of our menu boards for a Board of Directors Meeting. His team custom made the interior and drive-thru to help stage a meeting. The materials were all put on the countertops by members of the office as the building was going to be cleaned that weekend. On my way out of the office, I glanced into the conference room and noticed that everything had tumbled off of the countertops & had been destroyed due to the way it had fallen! I called Javier in a panic, it was 6pm on a Friday evening. What was I going to do? The meeting was to be held Monday at 9am. Javier calmly answered the phone and told me not to worry. His team even worked that weekend and personally hand delivered and re-installed everything into the walls.
